What are credits and how are they utilized?
Credits are used for accessing templates and workflows, with each plan providing a default credit amount. Each workflow has its own charge rates, various bases on its complexity and LLM tokens used.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime from the billing page, retaining plan access till the subscription period ends. Post-cancellation, you'll transition to a free plan.
What payment methods are accepted?
We use Stripe for our payment service, it supports dozens of payment methods including all kinds of Credit/Debit cards.
Can I use my own OpenAI API key?
No, we don't support bring your own LLM API key at the moment.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?
You can adjust your plan as needed. Upgrades/Downgrades incur a prorated charge for the month's remainder, credits in the month is calculated based upon it.
Do unused credits carry over to the next month?
Unused credits does not remain to next month, we reset credits on each month at your billing date. Negative credits remains to be reduced to next month at your billing date.
Can I purchase additional credits?
You can only purchase more credits if you are already in the highest plan, otherwise upgrade to higher plan instead.
